I have an extensive background as a painter in traditional media, relatively recently making a switch to digital media.
For the last 3 years I have been a member of the Pixel Corps, gaining experience primarily as a matte painter and concept artist, working within their team structure.
In 2007 I was very fortunate indeed to be asked to help out minding a forum for an online class given by Iain Mccaig at the Pixel Corps, and benefitted enormously from Iain's amazing generosity and knowledge. I owe him much.
I work predominantly in 2D using Photoshop, but have quite a lot of experience modeling and texturing using Modo and Cinema 4D.
I currently teach a general arts course at The International School of Lausanne, Switzerland, but am looking to make the leap back to full-time professional creative work in the not too distant future.
